目的探讨大剂量丙种球蛋白联合皮质激素治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效.方法选取于我院住院的重症病毒性脑炎患者92例,将其分为对照组及治疗1组(常规治疗加大剂量丙种球蛋白)、治疗2组(常规治疗加大剂量丙种球蛋白及皮质激素),比较三组治疗效果(从惊厥控制、退热、头痛呕吐消失及意识转清的时间以及住院天数几方面进行比较).结果治疗1组惊厥控制、退热、头痛呕吐消失时间以及住院天数明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)；而治疗2组以上数据明显少于治疗1组(P＜0.05).结论大剂量丙球蛋白和激素联合治疗重症病毒性脑炎疗效明显,值得临床推广应用.
목적 탐토대제량병충구단백연합피질격소치료소인중증병독성뇌염적림상료효.방법 선취우아원주원적중증병독성뇌염환자92례,장기분위대조조급치료1조(상규치료가대제량병충구단백)、치료2조(상규치료가대제량병충구단백급피질격소),비교삼조치료효과(종량궐공제、퇴열、두통구토소실급의식전청적시간이급주원천수궤방면진행비교).결과 치료1조량궐공제、퇴열、두통구토소실시간이급주원천수명현소우대조조(P＜0.05)；이치료2조이상수거명현소우치료1조(P＜0.05).결론 대제량병구단백화격소연합치료중증병독성뇌염료효명현,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of combination therapy with high-dose immunoglobulin and cortical hormone for viral encephalitis in children.Methods 92 hospitalized patients with severe viral encephalitis were divided into a control group,a study group A (conventional treatment combined wih highdose immunoglobulin),and a study group B (conventional treatment combined with high-dose immunoglobulin and cortical hormone).The clinical efficacies were compared among the three groups (A comparison of time to control of convulsions,abatement of fever,disappearance of headache and vomiting,and recovery of consciousness,and length of hospital stay).Results Time to control of convulsions,abatement of fever,disappearance of headache and vomiting,and recovery of consciousness,and length of hospital stay were shorter in the study group A than in the control group (P＜0.05),and they were shorter in the study group B than in the study group A(P＜0.05).Conclusions High-dose immunoglobulin combined with cortical hormone is efficacious in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis.It is worth popularzing clinically.
