采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了层状锂离子电池正极材料LiNi(1-x)/3Co(1-x)/3Mn(1-x)/3CrxO2 (x=0,0.02,0.05,0.1).利用XRD、电化学测试等手段对材料的结构、电化学等性能进行表征.结果表明:LiNi(1-x)/3Co(1-x)/3Mn(1-x)/3CrxO2仍然为层状α-NaFeO2结构;当x=0.02,0.2C充放电首次放电比容量达到195mAh/g,首次放电效率高达到91.7%,并且有着良好的循环性能.
採用溶膠-凝膠法製備瞭層狀鋰離子電池正極材料LiNi(1-x)/3Co(1-x)/3Mn(1-x)/3CrxO2 (x=0,0.02,0.05,0.1).利用XRD、電化學測試等手段對材料的結構、電化學等性能進行錶徵.結果錶明:LiNi(1-x)/3Co(1-x)/3Mn(1-x)/3CrxO2仍然為層狀α-NaFeO2結構;噹x=0.02,0.2C充放電首次放電比容量達到195mAh/g,首次放電效率高達到91.7%,併且有著良好的循環性能.
