The farmland water-saving irrigation and drainage is an important research subject in rural hydraulic and hydropower development. And the measurement of evaporation play a decisive role in water-saving irrigation and drainage. This paper uses the mature microcontroller technology,precisely control of stepper motor running,measure exactly evaporation and combined with the present computer communication network,the measurement results of each point is collected and collated in order to measure the evaporation of the whole irrigation area.
