目的：探讨辛伐他汀治疗AECOPD疗效。方法将70例AECOPD患者随机分两组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用辛伐他汀治疗6个月,观察两组患者治疗前后炎症因子、肺功能及SGRQ评分的变化。结果治疗后,观察组与对照组比较,患者血清 CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平均明显降低,肺功能FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC均显著提高,SGRQ评分显著降低,差异均有统计学意义( P<0．05)。结论辛伐他汀治疗AECOPD具有抑制炎症反应,改善肺功能,提高生活质量的重要作用。
목적：탐토신벌타정치료AECOPD료효。방법장70례AECOPD환자수궤분량조,대조조여상규치료,관찰조재차기출상가용신벌타정치료6개월,관찰량조환자치료전후염증인자、폐공능급SGRQ평분적변화。결과치료후,관찰조여대조조비교,환자혈청 CRP、IL-8、TNF-α수평균명현강저,폐공능FEV1%pred、FEV1/FVC균현저제고,SGRQ평분현저강저,차이균유통계학의의( P<0．05)。결론신벌타정치료AECOPD구유억제염증반응,개선폐공능,제고생활질량적중요작용。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of simvastatin in patients with AECOPD. Methods 70 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional treat-ment, and the observation group was additionally treated with simvastatin for 6 months. The inflammatory factors, lung function and SGRQ score changes were compared before and after the treatment. Results After the treatment, the level of serum CRP, IL-8 and TNF-α was significantly lower, and the lung function factors of FEV1% pred and FEV1 / FV were significantly higher, and SGRQ scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion Simvastatin therapy in patients with AECOPD can inhibit the inflammation and improve lung function, and improve the quality of life.
