神华煤直接液化项目于2002年初正式开始运作。项目初期,一方面要着力开展项目的可行性研究,另一方面是人才引进和科技管理。如何建立一种人才引进和科技管理机制,是需要面对的紧迫问题。通过神华煤制油化工产业的实践证明,引进好技术人才,着眼于科技创新,是做好煤制油化工的关键问题。

Shenhua direct coal liquefaction project was formally initiated at the beginning of 2002. During the early stage of the project, not only the feasibility study was carried out; but also the talent recruitment and technology management were conducted. It was an imperative issue as how to build a mechanism of talent recruitment and technology management. Through years of practice of Shenhua Coal to Liquid and Chemical Company, it has been proven that the key to success of a coal to liquid and chemical project is to recruit capable technical professionals as well as to be keen on technological innovation.
