目前我国高等教育基本实现精英化向大众化转型，高校的在校生数量不断增加，加上高等教育收费制度改革，高校在校生中存在相当数量经济困难学生，为了帮助这些学生完成高等教育，国家不断加大对经济困难学生的资助力度。勤工助学作为高校学生资助体系的重要组成部分，是缓解经济困难学生经济压力的重要措施之一。本文从分析目前高校勤工助学活动中存在的问题入手，提出改进高校勤工助学一些建议，力求进一步完善高校勤工助学机制。

The university education is becoming more and more popular in China now and the number of the students studying at the university is increasing constantly. All university require the all students to provide the fee for their any education.Therefore there are more students have to face the financial difficulties. In order to help these students to complete their higher education,the national state increase funding opportunity for students with financial difficulties. Part-time working does as an important part of student financial assistance system. It is one of the important measures to help the students to get some money to pay their living fee. This article objectively analyzes some problems presented in the college part-time working and have also proposed the useful recommendations to improve the part-time working system,and finally to build a perfect mechanism for the part-time working.
