目的总结法洛四联症(Tetralogy of Fallot,TOF)一期外科治疗的经验,探讨TOF早期根治的相关问题.方法选取我院2001年1月至2009年1月行手术治疗的患者24例,手术前均经过超声心动图检查确诊,并在低温、体外循环下对患者行一期手术.结果 TOF24例中,死亡1例,死亡原因为低心排血量综合征,其余病例痊愈出院.结论法洛四联症手术治疗效果满意,术前正确诊断,心内畸形的矫正和围手术期的正确处理是降低死亡率发生的关键.
목적 총결법락사련증(Tetralogy of Fallot,TOF)일기외과치료적경험,탐토TOF조기근치적상관문제.방법 선취아원2001년1월지2009년1월행수술치료적환자24례,수술전균경과초성심동도검사학진,병재저온、체외순배하대환자행일기수술.결과 TOF24례중,사망1례,사망원인위저심배혈량종합정,기여병례전유출원.결론 법락사련증수술치료효과만의,술전정학진단,심내기형적교정화위수술기적정학처리시강저사망솔발생적관건.
Objective To summarize the experience in primary surgical therapy for tetralogy of fallot (TOF) and to investigate the related issues about early radical cure of TOF.Methods 24 patients surgically treated from January 2001 to January of 2009 in our hospital were selected,including 13 males and 11 females.All the patients were finally diagnosed by echocardiography before the surgery,and all the patients received primary surgery at low temperature and the support of extracorporeal circulation.Results Among the 24 patients with TOF,1 died of low cardiac output syndrome,and the others were cured and discharged.Conclusion The therapeutic effects of surgery for TOF is satisfactory,and preoperative correct diagnosis,correction of endocardiac abnormalities and perioperative correct treatment are the keys to decreasing death rate.
