分析了传统马桶的排水机构缺点,设计了能够实现无级可变排水的节水机构,确定了节水机构的尺寸和水量变化,使其能够既满足3至8L的排水量需求,又能在安装上兼容传统马桶。应用UG NX软件的空间曲线和多实体建模技术完成了节水机构的三维模型和动态分析,为传统马桶的节水改造和新马桶的生产提供了技术条件。

The traditional flushing mechanism for toilets is analyzed , and a new water-saving mechanism is de-signed to perform the stepless water flushing .The mechanism dimension and water volume rate are determined to ensure that the new mechanism can meet both the water flushing volume requirement and traditional toilets mounting compatibility .The three-dimension curve and multiple solid body modeling techniques of UG NX are a-dopted to implement the mechanism assembly and kinematics analysis , which provides a feasible solution for the production of the new mechanism .
