针对离散型企业小批量、多品种的特点,通过分析离散型企业制造执行系统的功能,建立了完善的生产管理数据体系,解决了集成技术、离散排产技术和工艺过程全流程追踪技术等关键技术,实现了产品零部件的计划排产、全流程追踪、产品质量、机场状态和刀量具管理信息化,提高了设备利用率、车间生产能力、产品质量及生产决策的能力,并为车间后续的无图化打下了基础。

In allusion to the small quantities and multi-species characteristic of discrete enterprises , the manufac-turing execution system function of discrete manufacturing industry is analyzed .The perfect production manage-ment data system is setting up .The key technologies , such as integration technology, discrete planning and scheduling technology , and technics process tracking technology are solved .Planning and scheduling of compo-nents, process tracking, information management of production quality , machine tool and knife measuring tool are realized.It improves the utilization rate of equipment , workshop production capacity , product quality and production decision .It gives a stably support for the further production without any drawing in workshops .
