主要针对某型号气动钉枪,采用有限元方法对其枪体进行了模态分析。首先,在Pro/E中建立了该枪体的三维实体模型;其次,利用HyperMesh 软件建立了枪体的有限元动力学模型,并在Optistruct求解器下对该模型进行了模态分析,获得了模型的固有频率及相应的振型;最后,将求解的结果生成模态中性文件(.mnf)导入ADAMS中进行结果展示。分析结果不仅有利于了解结构的动态特性,避免共振,而且还成功实现了HyperMesh 与ADAMS的联合仿真,为后续在AD-AMS中对整枪的动态特性分析提供了分析基础。

In this paper , the finite element modal analysis is carried out for the body of a particular pneumatic nailer gun.The 3D solid model of the box is build by Pro/E, the finite element dynamic model is established with HyperMesh .Through the modal analysis using the Optistruct solver , the natural frequency and modal shape are obtained.At last, the modal neutral file is obtained and is directly imported into the dynamics analysis soft-ware ADAMS.The analysis results can not only help to understand dynamic characteristics of the structure , but also avoid resonance .In addition, the co-simulation of HyperMesh and ADAMS is successfully brought about .It provides the basic of the following dynamic characteristics analysis in ADAMS .
