为提高伺服电机的定位精准性，充分利用了PLC作为逻辑控制器可靠性高的特点，设计了一种能够精确控制折弯角度的折弯机控制系统。介绍了折弯机的工作原理，提出了基于PLC、伺服系统、文本显示器的控制系统的解决方案。详细阐述了折弯机的工作流程，给出了硬件接线原理图以及折弯机控制系统的算法。通过一个程序实例，进行了折弯机的自动控制系统的模拟实验。实验结果表明，设计满足了系统的要求。

In order to improve the positioning precision of servo motor , it develops a kind of accurate angle ben-ding machine control system based on high reliability of PLC logic controller .It introduces the principle of ben-ding machine , proposes the control system project based on PLC and sevo system and text display .It shows the bending process , handware principle diagram and the algorithm of the control system .Taking an example , it simulates the control system and varifies that the system meets the requirements of the banding machine.
