对保护罩塑料外壳的技术要求和工艺结构进行分析,从型腔布置、浇注系统、推出方式、侧向抽芯结构等方面分析了模具设计要点,并介绍了典型零件的加工工艺。实践表明,该模具结构设计合理,成型可靠,塑件脱模顺利,能保证产品质量。

This paper analyzed the technical requirement and process structure of the plastic casing of the protective cover. It also analyzes the key design points of the die from the cavity layout, gating system, launch mode, the structure of side core pulling and so on, and introduces the processing technology of the typical parts. The practice has shown that the structure of the die is reasonable, the molding is reliable, the demoulding of the plastic is smooth and the product quality can be ensured.
