目的:分析依托咪酯脂肪乳复合小剂量芬太尼在无痛纤支镜检查中的临床价值。方法选取我院进行无痛纤支镜检查患者74例,将患者分为两组,分别采用依托咪酯脂肪乳复合小剂量芬太尼和丙泊酚复合小剂量芬太尼,对观察组和对照组患者的麻醉效果、血流动力学和不良反应进行观察。结果观察组和对照组在丧失意识的时间方面差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组可以被唤醒的时间显著短于对照组的患者(P<0.05);观察组入镜时即刻平均动脉压和心率要显著高于对照组的患者(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率为27.03%,低于对照组32.43%(P<0.05)。结论依托咪酯脂肪乳复合小剂量芬太尼能够安全、有效地提高无痛纤支镜的麻醉效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical value of etomidate fat emulsion combined with fentanyl in painless fibrobronchoscopy. Methods 74 patients who conducted painless fibrobronchoscopy were randomly divided into two groups according to the way of therapy. The patients were conducted etomidate fat emulsion combined with fentanyl and propofol combined with fentanyl, then their effect of anesthesia, haemodynamics and adverse reaction were observed. Results In the observation group, the loss of consciousness time had no statistical difference with the control group (P>0. 05). The time of awaken was lower in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). MAP and HR were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0. 05). The incidence of adverse reaction was 27. 03% in the observation group, which was lower than that in the control group ( 32. 43%) (P<0. 05). Conclusion Etomidate fat emulsion combined with fentanyl can improve the effect of painless fibro-bronchoscopy safely and effectively.
