Due to the special nature of the clay minerals , commonly used microscopic identification and chemical analysis is difficult to determine their contents .Most effective and important x-ray analysis also does not work because its inner-standard method is so complicated .However, the use of no inter-nal standard method could solve these problems , which has been verified in practical work .
