研究了在Pd/C催化下水合肼还原对硝基苯乙酸制备对氨基苯乙酸的方法.讨论了反应时间、反应温度、水合肼及催化剂用量对产物收率的影响,在优化条件下对氨基苯乙酸的收率达89.52%.经IR 、MS和NMR证实了其结构.

The preparation method of 4-aminophenylacetic acid by reduction of 4-nitrophenylacetic acid with hydrazine hydrate in presence of Pd/C catalyst was studied .The influences on the product yield of reaction time , reaction temperature and quantities of hydrazine hydrate and catalyst used were investigated .Under the optimum conditions ,the yield of 4-aminophenylacetic acid could reach 89.52% . IR and 1 HNMR proved the structure of product .
