本文采用鸡粪作为氮源,EM菌、酵素菌、发酵菌作为微生物菌剂研究了尾巨桉锯末腐熟发酵的效果,并进行育苗试验进行验证。结果表明:EM菌、酵素菌、发酵菌均可促进锯末腐熟的进行,腐熟时间为70 d左右。腐熟锯末纤维素分解率大于40%,C/N比小于10:1,有机质含量分解率高于35%。腐熟后的几种锯末基质,从升温、基质理化性质及育苗效果看,EM菌效果最好,堆体体积超过5m3时EM菌剂添加量可为堆体干重的0.1%~0.2%。

This study examined the composting of Eucalyptusurophylla× E. grandissawdust and the effects of this compost on Eucalyptus seedlings when used as a growing medium. To facilitate the composting, we examined the use of chicken manure as a nitrogen source, and EM bacteria, enzyme bacteria, fermentation bacteria as microbial agents. The results showed that EM bacteria, enzyme bacteria and fermentation bacteria all promoted composting of the sawdust, with the time required for composting being about 70 days. After composting was completed, the cellulose decomposition rate was greater than 40%, the C/N ratio was less than 10:1, and the organic matter decomposition rate was higher than 35%. Based on considerations of compost heating, the physical and chemical properties of the E. urophylla× E. grandis composted sawdust and its effect when subsequently used as seedling matrix, EM bacteria was the best choice. When the pile body volume exceeds 5 m3, the quantity of EM bacteria in the matrix was 0.1%~0.2%on a dry weight basis.
