Based on the principle of water resources allocation and combined with the natural and economic condition of Ganzhou city in Jiangxi province, the method of combining with analytical hierarchy process and unit system fuzzy optimization model is adopted in order to construct the initial allocation scheme of water allocation of Ganzhou city.
