利用微弧氧化技术(MAO),采用Na2SiO3-NaOH-NaH2PO4溶液体系,在纯钛表面制备了陶瓷膜层,并研究了处理频率(650~1350Hz)对膜层的形貌、耐磨性、耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,纯钛表面微弧氧化层为多孔结构,随着处理频率的升高,微孔孔径逐渐变小,并且微孔分布越来越均匀,膜层耐磨性不断增强,膜层的耐蚀性也不断增强。
利用微弧氧化技術(MAO),採用Na2SiO3-NaOH-NaH2PO4溶液體繫,在純鈦錶麵製備瞭陶瓷膜層,併研究瞭處理頻率(650~1350Hz)對膜層的形貌、耐磨性、耐蝕性的影響。結果錶明,純鈦錶麵微弧氧化層為多孔結構,隨著處理頻率的升高,微孔孔徑逐漸變小,併且微孔分佈越來越均勻,膜層耐磨性不斷增彊,膜層的耐蝕性也不斷增彊。
이용미호양화기술(MAO),채용Na2SiO3-NaOH-NaH2PO4용액체계,재순태표면제비료도자막층,병연구료처리빈솔(650~1350Hz)대막층적형모、내마성、내식성적영향。결과표명,순태표면미호양화층위다공결구,수착처리빈솔적승고,미공공경축점변소,병차미공분포월래월균균,막층내마성불단증강,막층적내식성야불단증강。
With Micro-arc Oxidation (MAO) method ,Na2SiO3-NaOH-NaH2PO4 solution is used to prepare the ceramic coating on the surface of pure titanium for studying the effects of treatment frequency (650 ~ 1 350 Hz) on the morphology ,abrasion resistance and corrosion-resistance .The result shows that the coating is porous ,and size of micro-pore may be getting more even with the increase of the treatment frequency .Both the abrasion resistance and corrosion-resistance have been improved also .
