Osteoporosis%Ovariectomized Rat%Calcarea Carbonica%Alfacalcidol
目的:探讨碳酸钙联合阿法骨化醇防治去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的效果。方法:清洁级5月龄Wistar雌性大鼠40只,随机分为假手术组、模型组、碳酸钙组、阿法骨化醇组、碳酸钙+阿法骨化醇联合组(联合组),每组8只,手术切除卵巢进行骨质疏松造模,术后分别予蒸馏水、碳酸钙、阿法骨化醇和碳酸钙+阿法骨化醇灌胃,连续给药12w。监测体重,观察治疗后子宫指数、雌激素、骨密度、骨钙素、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶的变化。结果:与假手术组相比,模型组体重增加,雌激素下降,子宫指数及骨密度下降,造模成功。碳酸钙组及阿法骨化醇组与模型组相比,骨矿物质密度(bone mineral density,BMD)、骨钙素(bone gla protein,BGP)、血清抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(tartrate-resistant acid phos-phatase,TRAP)改善,碳酸钙+阿法骨化醇组改善更显著。结论:碳酸钙和阿法骨化醇可抑制骨吸收和提高骨密度,防治去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松,两者联用有协同作用。

목적:탐토탄산개연합아법골화순방치거란소대서골질소송적효과。방법:청길급5월령Wistar자성대서40지,수궤분위가수술조、모형조、탄산개조、아법골화순조、탄산개+아법골화순연합조(연합조),매조8지,수술절제란소진행골질소송조모,술후분별여증류수、탄산개、아법골화순화탄산개+아법골화순관위,련속급약12w。감측체중,관찰치료후자궁지수、자격소、골밀도、골개소、항주석산산성린산매적변화。결과:여가수술조상비,모형조체중증가,자격소하강,자궁지수급골밀도하강,조모성공。탄산개조급아법골화순조여모형조상비,골광물질밀도(bone mineral density,BMD)、골개소(bone gla protein,BGP)、혈청항주석산산성린산매(tartrate-resistant acid phos-phatase,TRAP)개선,탄산개+아법골화순조개선경현저。결론:탄산개화아법골화순가억제골흡수화제고골밀도,방치거란소대서골질소송,량자련용유협동작용。
Objective: To study the preventive effect of the combined therapy of calcarea carbonica and alfacalcidol on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods:Forty female Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups: Group of sham operation (n=8), Group of model (n=8), Group of calcarea carbonica (n=8), Group of alfacalcidol (n=8), and Group of calcarea carbonica+alfacalcidol(n=8), and they were given by intragastric administration with pure water, calcarea carbon-ica, alfacalcidol, and calcarea carbonica + alfacalcidol, respectively for 12 ws after ovariectomization or sham operation. The changes of the indexes of the uteruses, the leves of serum estrogen, bone mineral density(BMD), serum bone gla protein (BGP), and serum tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) were observed. Results:Compared with Group of sham opera-tion, the body weight increased, while the levels of estrogen, indexes of the uteruses and BMD decreased significantly in Group of model(P<0.05). The levels of BMD, BGP, and TRAP improved significantly in Group of calcarea carbonica, Group of alfacalcidol, and especially in Group of calcarea carbonica+alfacalcidol, compared with Group of model(P<0.05). Con-clusions: Treatment with calcarea carbonica and alfacalcidol can prevent the development of osteoporosis by increase in bone formation with reduction in bone resorption in ovariectomized rats, and the synergy effects were observed in the com-bined therapy.
