在利用有限元和边界元模拟消声器消声效果时,常用的商业模拟软件SYSNOISE和ANSYS是在单机上运行的(不能直接在并行机上运行),由于数值模拟量大,在微机上有时十几天甚至二十几天也算不出一个精确解。利用32台商用微机建造高性能并行机,用它作消声器消声效果的数值模拟(仿真);同时把有限元和边界元模拟软件改造成为能够在MPI( message passing interface )并行环境下运行的程序,以便节省数值模拟成本。通过相关数据模拟实验数据可靠,该高性能并行机的计算速度是单台微机的25~30倍,说明高性能并行机消声数值模拟结果是可行的。

When the finite element and boundary element are used to simulate the effect of muffler , commercial simulation soft-ware SYSNOISE and ANSYS commonly used run on a single computer ( namely not directly run on the parallel machines ) , some-times an accurate solution can ’ t be obtained for days or even 20 days because of a large amount of numerical simulation.A paral-lel machine with high-performance , which is built from 32 commercial computer , is used for the numerical simulation of the muffler effect.At the same time, the finite element and boundary element simulation software are transformed into programs which can run in the MPI ( message passing in interface ) parallel environment in order to reduce the cost; numerical simulation.The data is reliable through data simulation experiment , the computing speed of the parallel computer with high -performance is 25~30 times of the single computer , which shows that numerical simulation results of the parallel machine with high performance on noise-elimination is feasible.
