对亚甲蓝分光光度法测定水中阴离子表面活性剂含量时萃取液初滤液弃去量进行了探讨。经试验,应弃去前二杯10 mm 比色皿所接的滤液,将第三杯滤液用于比色,其结果准确可靠。另外,对不同部门生产的标准溶液进行了比对,结果发现,采用国家环保部生产的标准样品进行量值溯源、考核、比对或仪器校正等也均应采用其相同标准溶液配制系列所做的曲线方程进行结果计算。
對亞甲藍分光光度法測定水中陰離子錶麵活性劑含量時萃取液初濾液棄去量進行瞭探討。經試驗,應棄去前二杯10 mm 比色皿所接的濾液,將第三杯濾液用于比色,其結果準確可靠。另外,對不同部門生產的標準溶液進行瞭比對,結果髮現,採用國傢環保部生產的標準樣品進行量值溯源、攷覈、比對或儀器校正等也均應採用其相同標準溶液配製繫列所做的麯線方程進行結果計算。

The discarded quantity of primary filtrate was discussed,which produced in extract process when detecting the content of anionic surface active agent in water.It found that the first two cups of the filtrate in 10 mm cuvette should be discarded,the third cup of the filter should be used,and the results were accuracy and reliability.The standard solution produced by different departments was compared,and the conclusion is that the same standard sample should be used for make calibration,quantity traceability, examination,comparison and instruments adjustment,etc.,and the standard sample is produced by the state environmental protection department in this article.
