目的:建立小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil 100-5 ODS2(5μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm),柱温25℃,流动相甲醇-水-0.1 mol/L磷酸(45:55:0.2),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长280 nm。结果在上述条件下,黄芩苷在0.00272μg/mL~0.0544μg/mL(r=0.9997)范围具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.72,RSD=0.44%。结论本方法测定小柴胡颗粒中的黄芩苷含量操作简单、准确且快速,可作为小柴胡颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。

목적:건립소시호과립중황금감적함량측정방법。방법채용고효액상색보법。색보주위Kromasil 100-5 ODS2(5μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm),주온25℃,류동상갑순-수-0.1 mol/L린산(45:55:0.2),류속위1 mL/min,검측파장280 nm。결과재상술조건하,황금감재0.00272μg/mL~0.0544μg/mL(r=0.9997)범위구유량호적선성관계,평균회수솔위99.72,RSD=0.44%。결론본방법측정소시호과립중적황금감함량조작간단、준학차쾌속,가작위소시호과립중황금감적함량측정방법。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the amount of baicalin in Xiaochaihu granules. Methods: HPLC analysis was carried out on a Kromasil 100-5 ODS2 (5 μm, 250 mm× 4.6 mm) column with the temperature at 25℃. The mobile phase was methanol-water-0.1 mol/L phosphoric acid ( 45:55:0.2) with the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. Results:The linear range of baicalin was 0.00272~0.0544μg/mL (r=0.9997), the average recovery was 99.72%, and the RSD was 0.44%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for the quality control of the Xiaochaihu granules and its content determination.
