本研究采用模拟增温的方式,探讨了全球气候变暖对阴生植物紫金牛光响应和生物量分配的影响。结果表明:模拟增温显著提高了紫金牛的光补偿点和叶绿素含量,而对最大净光合速、饱和光强和暗呼吸速率等参数无显著影响。模拟增温显著增加了紫金牛的分株数,增幅达25%;但对株高无显著影响。增温还导致紫金牛的总生物量、地上生物量显著增加,根冠比显著降低。其中叶和地上茎的生物量(干重)增幅分别达到35.54%和31.60%,生物量(鲜重)增幅分别达到25.3%和18.9%。
本研究採用模擬增溫的方式,探討瞭全毬氣候變暖對陰生植物紫金牛光響應和生物量分配的影響。結果錶明:模擬增溫顯著提高瞭紫金牛的光補償點和葉綠素含量,而對最大淨光閤速、飽和光彊和暗呼吸速率等參數無顯著影響。模擬增溫顯著增加瞭紫金牛的分株數,增幅達25%;但對株高無顯著影響。增溫還導緻紫金牛的總生物量、地上生物量顯著增加,根冠比顯著降低。其中葉和地上莖的生物量(榦重)增幅分彆達到35.54%和31.60%,生物量(鮮重)增幅分彆達到25.3%和18.9%。
본연구채용모의증온적방식,탐토료전구기후변난대음생식물자금우광향응화생물량분배적영향。결과표명:모의증온현저제고료자금우적광보상점화협록소함량,이대최대정광합속、포화광강화암호흡속솔등삼수무현저영향。모의증온현저증가료자금우적분주수,증폭체25%;단대주고무현저영향。증온환도치자금우적총생물량、지상생물량현저증가,근관비현저강저。기중협화지상경적생물량(간중)증폭분별체도35.54%화31.60%,생물량(선중)증폭분별체도25.3%화18.9%。
This study focused on the effect of temperature enhancement on light-response of photosynthesis and biomass allocation of Ardisia japonica through the way of simulating temperature enhancement by open-top chamber (OTC) in the field. To compare with the control plot, the results showed that warming significantly increased light compensation and chlorophyll content. However, there was no significant effect on maximum net photosynthetic rate, saturation intensity and dark respiration rate in A. japonica. Warming significantly improved the ramet number of A. japonica with 25%, but no significant effect on plant height. In addition, the warming resulted in the total biomass and aboveground biomass of A. japonica to increase higher than that of the control, but it decreased significantly the root/shoot ratio. And the dry weight and green weight of leaves and stems biomass increased by 35.54%, 31.60%and 25.3%, 18.9%, respectively.
