针对当前报道较多的几种过渡金属催化喹唑啉酮合成新方法的研究进展进行了简要介绍。指出喹唑啉酮衍生物具有多种生物活性,在医药、农药等方面得到了广泛的应用;该类化合物的合成研究是当前的热点之一,尤其是过渡金属催化的喹唑啉酮的合成方法具有简单、直接、高效等优点,近年来发展迅速。
針對噹前報道較多的幾種過渡金屬催化喹唑啉酮閤成新方法的研究進展進行瞭簡要介紹。指齣喹唑啉酮衍生物具有多種生物活性,在醫藥、農藥等方麵得到瞭廣汎的應用;該類化閤物的閤成研究是噹前的熱點之一,尤其是過渡金屬催化的喹唑啉酮的閤成方法具有簡單、直接、高效等優點,近年來髮展迅速。

A brief introduction is provided about the research progress of new synthetic method of quinazolinones catalyzed by several transition metals that are currently widely used .It is pointed out that quinazolinones have a wide variety of bioactivities ,and they are widely applied in medicine as well as pesticides .This is why the study of the synthesis of quinazolinones is one of the current hot spots .Particularly ,transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling synthetic meth-od of quinazolinones is simple ,direct and efficient ,thereby developing rapidly in recent years .
