采用荧光光谱法研究了在pH =6、不同温度(25、35和45℃)下对磺酸基杯[6]芳烃(SCX6)与葛根素的包合作用;并利用最小二乘法进行非线性拟合,计算出不同温度下的包合常数,初步验证了SCX6与葛根素的包合模式。结果表明,固定葛根素的浓度、逐渐增加对磺酸基杯[6]芳烃的浓度,葛根素荧光强度有规律地降低,表明SCX6和葛根素形成主-客体包合物。在不同温度下,葛根素与SCX6的包合比均为1∶1;且其包合过程可自发进行,温度越高,包合越易发生。
採用熒光光譜法研究瞭在pH =6、不同溫度(25、35和45℃)下對磺痠基杯[6]芳烴(SCX6)與葛根素的包閤作用;併利用最小二乘法進行非線性擬閤,計算齣不同溫度下的包閤常數,初步驗證瞭SCX6與葛根素的包閤模式。結果錶明,固定葛根素的濃度、逐漸增加對磺痠基杯[6]芳烴的濃度,葛根素熒光彊度有規律地降低,錶明SCX6和葛根素形成主-客體包閤物。在不同溫度下,葛根素與SCX6的包閤比均為1∶1;且其包閤過程可自髮進行,溫度越高,包閤越易髮生。

The inclusion interaction between p-sulfocalix [6]arene (denoted as SCX6) and puerarin at pH = 6 and different temperatures (25 ,35 and 45 ℃) was studied by means of flu-orescence spectrometry .The inclusion constants at different temperatures were calculated by nonlinear fitting with least square method ,and the inclusion mode was then primarily verified . It was found that ,at a fixed concentration of puerarin ,the fluorescence of puerarin declines regularly and gradually with increasing concentration of SCX 6 ,which demonstrates that SCX6 and puerarin react to form inclusion compound at pH = 6 .Besides ,puerarin and p-sulfocalix [6]arene remain an inclusion ratio of 1∶1 under different temperatures ,and their inclusion process occurs spontaneously .Particularly ,the higher the temperature is ,the easier their in-clusion process is .
