针对阀控式海水淡化能量回收装置增泄压过程中压力波动和浓盐水海水掺混导致反渗透膜组件工作负担变大的问题,对增压容器和增压过程建立模型,使用流体力学软件Fluent仿真增压过程,得到了增压过程液压缸内部流域的压力和速度分布。探究了混合段液柱活塞的形成过程和长度变化,通过对比液压缸结构和进水口流速变化对混合程度的影响,给出了用混合段做液柱活塞的参数特性和适用性,为海水淡化系统余压能回收设计提供依据。
針對閥控式海水淡化能量迴收裝置增洩壓過程中壓力波動和濃鹽水海水摻混導緻反滲透膜組件工作負擔變大的問題,對增壓容器和增壓過程建立模型,使用流體力學軟件Fluent倣真增壓過程,得到瞭增壓過程液壓缸內部流域的壓力和速度分佈。探究瞭混閤段液柱活塞的形成過程和長度變化,通過對比液壓缸結構和進水口流速變化對混閤程度的影響,給齣瞭用混閤段做液柱活塞的參數特性和適用性,為海水淡化繫統餘壓能迴收設計提供依據。

To address the increasing workload of reverse osmosis membrane components caused by pressure fluctuation and strong brine water mixing in the process of pressure increase and discharge of valve control type pressure energy recovery device, the pressurized container model and the pressurization process are built,pressurization simulation process is conducted by using the computational fluid dynamics software-Fluent,and the stress and velocity distribution of the pressurization process of hydraulic cylinder inside the basin is obtained. The formation process and change in length of mixing section fluid column piston are explored, the parameters characteristics and applicability of the liquid column piston is provided by comparing the hydraulic cylinder struc-ture and inlet flow rate changes on the mixing degree of influence,which provides the basis for the design of desalination system pressure recycling.
