提出了以故障模式影响分析( FMEA)与环境影响程度相结合的环境风险源识别方法,并就煤矿环境风险源进行了识别与探析,确定了煤矿的主要环境风险源为全封闭储煤仓瓦斯爆炸、矸石山自燃、排矸场溃坝、锅炉故障引起的废气排放和污水故障外排。为煤矿突发环境污染事件的预防提供了思路。

An identification method for environmental risk sources was presented in this paper, which combined FMEA with environmental analysis. Identification and analysis were made on the environmental risk sources of coal mines and the main environmental risk sources were determined, including the gas explosion in fully enclosed coal storage bunker, the spontaneous combustion of waste rock dump, the dam collapse of disposal site, the waste gas emission caused by boiler failure and the sewage discharge. This study provided a train of thought for the prevention of the sudden environmental pollution events in coal mines.
