分析了综掘工作面掘进过程中产生高浓度粉尘的原因,提出将掘进机高压外喷雾降尘技术和粉尘浓度超限喷雾降尘技术有机结合的粉尘浓度超限高压外喷雾降尘技术。通过将粉尘浓度超限高压外喷雾降尘技术与煤层动压注水技术结合起来,形成一整套矿井掘进工作面降尘技术及工艺。以龙滩煤矿3115南运输巷综掘工作面为例进行了应用研究,实践表明,采用综合降尘技术措施后综掘工作面司机位置的降尘效率达到了90.3%,有效改善了工作面的粉尘污染状况。

This paper analyzed the generation cause of high-concentration dust in heading face, put forward the dust suppression technology by high-pressure external water spraying in dust concentration overrun, that is, combining the dust suppression technology by high-pressure external spraying on the heading machine with the dust suppression technology in dust concentration overrun. Through the combination of the dust suppression technology by high-pressure external spraying in dust concentration overrun with the seam water infusion under dynamic pressure, a complete set of dust suppression technology in heading face was formed. This dust suppression technology was applied in the heading face of 3115 southern haulage roadway, and the practice showed that the dust removal efficiency at the operator position in the heading face reached 90. 3% after the complex dust removal measures were applied, the dust pollution in the heading face was effectively improved.
