采用硝酸-过氧化氢消解试样,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定儿童发样中铝、钙、铬、铜、铁、钾、镁、锰、钠、铅、镍、锌等十二种微量元素。方法回收率95%~105%,各元素检出限(ug/mL)在0.0010~0.011之间,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=9)小于4%,经人发国家一级标准物质验证,测定值与标准认定值无明显差异。
採用硝痠-過氧化氫消解試樣,電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜法測定兒童髮樣中鋁、鈣、鉻、銅、鐵、鉀、鎂、錳、鈉、鉛、鎳、鋅等十二種微量元素。方法迴收率95%~105%,各元素檢齣限(ug/mL)在0.0010~0.011之間,相對標準偏差(RSD,n=9)小于4%,經人髮國傢一級標準物質驗證,測定值與標準認定值無明顯差異。
