综述国外高硅铝合金缸套材料技术、缸套制造技术以及发动机缸体总成技术的研究与进展,介绍了国内高硅铝合金缸套研究进展。通过单缸机台架考核验证,证明采用高硅铝合金气缸套后废气压力、燃油消耗率、排气温度、磨损量以及升功率有显著的改善与提高。
綜述國外高硅鋁閤金缸套材料技術、缸套製造技術以及髮動機缸體總成技術的研究與進展,介紹瞭國內高硅鋁閤金缸套研究進展。通過單缸機檯架攷覈驗證,證明採用高硅鋁閤金氣缸套後廢氣壓力、燃油消耗率、排氣溫度、磨損量以及升功率有顯著的改善與提高。

The foreign investigation and development about the material technique and manufacture technique of high-silicon aluminium alloy cylinder sleeve,and the assembly technique of engine cylinder are summarized,and then the domestic development of high-silicon aluminium alloy cylinder sleeve is introduced emphatically. The single-cylinder engine test shows that after using the high-silicon aluminum alloy cylinder sleeve,the parameters such as exhaust gas pressure,oil consumption quantities,gas temperature,wearing quantities and specific power are improved and enhanced remarkably.
