采用Hummers法制备氧化石墨,通过超声分散得到氧化石墨烯,采用无毒高效的还原剂二氧化硫脲还原氧化石墨烯得到石墨烯。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、X线衍射(XRD)、拉曼光谱仪(RS)等对所得产物进行表征,并与常用还原剂水合肼制备的石墨烯表征结果进行对比。结果表明:二氧化硫脲制备的石墨烯比用水合肼制备的石墨烯分散性更好,还原更彻底,且制备过程更安全。

Graphite oxide(GO)was synthesized by Hummers method and treated with ultrasound,then high quality graphene was obtained through reduction using an efficient and non-toxic reducing agent of thiourea dioxide. Graphene was characterized by SEM,XRD and RS. Experimental results show that comparing with the graphene prepared with hydrazine hydrate,the graphene prepared with thiourea dioxide has better dispersion,more intensively reduction and safer manufacturing process.
