分别采用普通搅拌摩擦焊和超声搅拌摩擦焊对7022铝合金进行焊接实验，并对焊接接头的力学特性、微观组织和断口形貌进行比较。结果表明：超声搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度都比普通搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头有所提高；焊缝区的晶粒尺寸比普通搅拌摩擦焊晶粒更细小，其组织更均匀、致密。超声振动能量被成功注入到搅拌摩擦焊的焊缝区，在热效应、体积效应和振动效应综合作用下，焊缝区晶体位错移动加强、热塑化加剧，流动阻力减小，中底部热量增加，促使晶粒细化和组织均匀化，从而提高了综合力学性能。
分彆採用普通攪拌摩抆銲和超聲攪拌摩抆銲對7022鋁閤金進行銲接實驗，併對銲接接頭的力學特性、微觀組織和斷口形貌進行比較。結果錶明：超聲攪拌摩抆銲銲接接頭的平均抗拉彊度、屈服彊度都比普通攪拌摩抆銲銲接接頭有所提高；銲縫區的晶粒呎吋比普通攪拌摩抆銲晶粒更細小，其組織更均勻、緻密。超聲振動能量被成功註入到攪拌摩抆銲的銲縫區，在熱效應、體積效應和振動效應綜閤作用下，銲縫區晶體位錯移動加彊、熱塑化加劇，流動阻力減小，中底部熱量增加，促使晶粒細化和組織均勻化，從而提高瞭綜閤力學性能。
분별채용보통교반마찰한화초성교반마찰한대7022려합금진행한접실험，병대한접접두적역학특성、미관조직화단구형모진행비교。결과표명：초성교반마찰한한접접두적평균항랍강도、굴복강도도비보통교반마찰한한접접두유소제고；한봉구적정립척촌비보통교반마찰한정립경세소，기조직경균균、치밀。초성진동능량피성공주입도교반마찰한적한봉구，재열효응、체적효응화진동효응종합작용하，한봉구정체위착이동가강、열소화가극，류동조력감소，중저부열량증가，촉사정립세화화조직균균화，종이제고료종합역학성능。
Common FSW and ultrasonic FSW welding experiments were conducted on 7022 aluminum alloy,and the mechanical properties of welding joint,microstructure and fracture morphology were compared. Test results show that the average tensile strength and yield strength of the ultrasonic FSW welding joint are higher than those of common FSW welding joint. The grain size in weld zone is finer than that of common friction stir welding,the microstructure becomes more even and more compact. This shows that ultrasonic vibration energy is successfully injected to FSW weld zone,crystal dislocation movement of weld zone becomes more strengthened,thermal plasticizing intensifies,flow resistance decreases and the bottom heat increases by heating effect,volume effect and vibration effect. The comprehensive mechanical properties are improved due to grain refinement and microstructure homogenization.
