[目的]研究中草药饲料添加剂对奶牛生产性能的影响。[方法]将32头黑白花泌乳母牛随机分为4组,分别在日粮精料中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%中药添加剂"增乳健牛散",持续60 d,每20 d取样测定各试验组所有试验牛个体牛奶的乳脂肪、乳蛋白和非脂固形物等质量指标。[结果]饲料中添加0.2%、0.4%、0.6%中药添加剂的试验牛较对照组提高产奶量分别达4.02%、12.50%、14.00%( P>0.05);在日粮精料中添加中草药对牛奶营养指标如乳脂、乳蛋白、总乳固形物等没有影响,但可显著降低体细胞数。[结论]该研究为可促进奶牛健康与乳品安全的绿色饲料添加剂的获得奠定了基础。

[목적]연구중초약사료첨가제대내우생산성능적영향。[방법]장32두흑백화비유모우수궤분위4조,분별재일량정료중첨가0.2%、0.4%、0.6%중약첨가제"증유건우산",지속60 d,매20 d취양측정각시험조소유시험우개체우내적유지방、유단백화비지고형물등질량지표。[결과]사료중첨가0.2%、0.4%、0.6%중약첨가제적시험우교대조조제고산내량분별체4.02%、12.50%、14.00%( P>0.05);재일량정료중첨가중초약대우내영양지표여유지、유단백、총유고형물등몰유영향,단가현저강저체세포수。[결론]해연구위가촉진내우건강여유품안전적록색사료첨가제적획득전정료기출。
[Objective] The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of the herbal feed additive Zengrujianniusan on the milk production of dairy cows. [Method] Thirty-two black-white lactating cows were randomly divided into four groups, and were fed with forage supplemented with 0 (control group), 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6%Zengrujianniusan for 60 d. During this period, the contents of fat, protein and non-fat solid in milk were measured every 20 d. [Result] The milk production of the cows whose forage was added with 0.2 %, 0.4 % and 0.6% Zengrujianniusan was 4.02%, 12.50%, 14.00% higher than that of the control (P>0.05). The herbal feed additive had no significant influence on the contents of fat, milk and non-fat solid in milk, but significantly reduced the number of somatic cells. [Conclusion] The study wil provide reference for developing feed additives which is safe and non-toxic to cows and their milk.
