[目的]研究人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎(ILT)的病理组织学变化。[方法]采用人工注射含传染性喉气管炎病毒鸡胚尿囊液的方法诱发鸡传染性喉气管炎,观察感染鸡的临床症状,同时分别取病死鸡的气管、肺脏、心脏、肝脏、肾脏和脾脏,采用石蜡包埋、HE染色法,在显微镜下进行病理组织学观察。[结果]接种鸡3 d后发病,发病率为95%,主要症状为呼吸困难、气喘、咳出血样渗出物,剖检以喉头气管有黄白色假膜为特征,受侵害的气管粘膜发生肿胀、出血,从而导致糜烂,以致鸡死亡,死亡率为25%;病理组织学观察表明:实质器官为渗出性炎症;上皮细胞发生肿胀、变性、坏死、脱落;发生血液循环障碍。[结论]该研究为治疗ILT提供了参考依据。
[目的]研究人工感染鷄傳染性喉氣管炎(ILT)的病理組織學變化。[方法]採用人工註射含傳染性喉氣管炎病毒鷄胚尿囊液的方法誘髮鷄傳染性喉氣管炎,觀察感染鷄的臨床癥狀,同時分彆取病死鷄的氣管、肺髒、心髒、肝髒、腎髒和脾髒,採用石蠟包埋、HE染色法,在顯微鏡下進行病理組織學觀察。[結果]接種鷄3 d後髮病,髮病率為95%,主要癥狀為呼吸睏難、氣喘、咳齣血樣滲齣物,剖檢以喉頭氣管有黃白色假膜為特徵,受侵害的氣管粘膜髮生腫脹、齣血,從而導緻糜爛,以緻鷄死亡,死亡率為25%;病理組織學觀察錶明:實質器官為滲齣性炎癥;上皮細胞髮生腫脹、變性、壞死、脫落;髮生血液循環障礙。[結論]該研究為治療ILT提供瞭參攷依據。
[목적]연구인공감염계전염성후기관염(ILT)적병리조직학변화。[방법]채용인공주사함전염성후기관염병독계배뇨낭액적방법유발계전염성후기관염,관찰감염계적림상증상,동시분별취병사계적기관、폐장、심장、간장、신장화비장,채용석사포매、HE염색법,재현미경하진행병리조직학관찰。[결과]접충계3 d후발병,발병솔위95%,주요증상위호흡곤난、기천、해출혈양삼출물,부검이후두기관유황백색가막위특정,수침해적기관점막발생종창、출혈,종이도치미란,이치계사망,사망솔위25%;병리조직학관찰표명:실질기관위삼출성염증;상피세포발생종창、변성、배사、탈락;발생혈액순배장애。[결론]해연구위치료ILT제공료삼고의거。
[Objective] This study aimed to investigate the histopathological changes in chickens artificial y infected with infectious laryngotracheitis(ILT). [Method] Through ar-tificial injection of al antoic liquid containing ILTV into chickens to induce infectious laryngotracheitis, the clinical symptoms in infected chickens were observed; tissues of trachea, lungs, heart, liver, kidney and spleen were col ected from dead chickens, and prepared into paraffin sections, fol owed by histopathological observation under a microscope. [Results] This disease occured in the inoculated chickens 3d later, with a morbidity rate of 95%. The main symptoms were dyspnea, asthma and coughing up of bloody exudate; yel owish-white pseudomembrane was observed on dissected larynx trachea; swel ing, haemorrhage, and further erosion were observed on the in-fected tracheal mucosa, resulting in death of chickens, with the mortality rate of 25%; histopathological observation showed that parenchymal organs exhibited exuda-tive inflammation; swel ing, degeneration, necrosis and shedding of epithelial cells were observed; disturbance of blood circulation occured. [Conclusion] This study pro-vides reference bases for the treatment of ILT.
