目的：探讨焦点解决模式在神经性皮炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法：将94例神经性皮炎患者分为观察组（46例）与对照组（48例），观察组应用焦点解决模式对患者进行护理干预，对照组按常规进行护理。分别于治疗第1～2天、治疗3周后对两组患者的疗效和焦虑抑郁症状进行比较。结果：观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），焦虑抑郁症状改善（P<0.05）。结论：采用焦点解决模式，能改善神经性皮炎患者症状，提高治疗效果，缓解焦虑抑郁症状。

목적：탐토초점해결모식재신경성피염환자호리중적응용효과。방법：장94례신경성피염환자분위관찰조（46례）여대조조（48례），관찰조응용초점해결모식대환자진행호리간예，대조조안상규진행호리。분별우치료제1～2천、치료3주후대량조환자적료효화초필억욱증상진행비교。결과：관찰조료효우우대조조（P<0.05），초필억욱증상개선（P<0.05）。결론：채용초점해결모식，능개선신경성피염환자증상，제고치료효과，완해초필억욱증상。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of solution-focused model in the care of dermatitis patients. Methods:Totally 94 neurodermatitis patients were divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (48 cases). The observation group was applied the solution-focused mode in nursing intervention. The control group received routine nursing care. In the ifrst or second day of treatment and 3 weeks after treatment, the effects of treatment and the symptoms of anxiety and depression in the two groups were compared. Results:Patients in the observation group got better treatment effects than those in the control group (P<0.05). Their anxiety and depression symptoms were relieved than those in the control group (P<0.05) as well. Conclusion:The solution-focused approach can relieve the symptoms of dermatitis patients, improve the treatment effect, and relieve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
