目的:评价真实案例引导的多站考核在妇产科护士考核中的效果并分析其相关因素。方法:对51名妇产科护士分别进行多站考核,并在考核后采用问卷调查法和访谈法评价其效果;采用Spearman相关分析,分析护士工作年限与临床患者管理考站和综合技能考分的相关性。结果:个人素质考站、临床患者管理考站、突发事件应对考站、纠纷应对考站的得分分别为(88.6±8.7)分、(81.8±10.9)分、(79.5±9.1)分和(79.5+12.3)分。47.1%的护士认为多站案例考核较传统考核的压力增加,但96.1%的护士仍然希望选择此种考核模式。相关分析显示工作年限和临床患者管理考站得分呈正相关,ROC曲线显示工作年限4.5年是影响护士临床患者管理得分的分界点;个人素质考站得分与临床患者管理考站和护士综合技能得分呈正相关。结论:多站案例考核不仅利于临床妇产科护士的培养,同时可帮助管理者发现培训中的问题。

Objective:To investigate the effects of objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB&Gyn) nurses training. Methods:Totally 51 nurses were examined by OSCE, then questionnaire and interview survey were used to evaluate the effects. Results:The scores of personal performance station, clinical skills station, accident coping station, and dispute coping station were 88.6±8.7, 81.8±10.9, 79.5±9.1 and 79.5±12.3, respectively. Although 47.1%nurses considered the stress of OSCE was more than traditional exam, 96.1%nurses still preferred to OSCE. Working ages was positively correlated to the scores of clinical skills station by Spearman correlation analysis. The cutoff value of working ages for the examination scores under the ROC curve was 4.5 years. The scores of personal performance station were positively correlated to the scores of clinical skills station and comprehensive skills by Pearson correlation analysis. Conclusion:OSCE was beneift to clinical nurses training in OB&Gyn area and helped nurse managers to ifnd problems in training process.
