目的:探讨实时图像合成(Sono CT)技术联合彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)在精神分裂症患者下肢动脉病变诊断中的应用价值。方法分别应用Sono CT技术联合CDFI和常规超声联合CDFI对55例精神分裂症患者双侧下肢动脉进行检查,测量血管内径、收缩期最大流速、内中膜厚度、斑块大小及数目,并与30例健康志愿者进行对照,比较两种方法对动脉病变的诊断效果。结果Sono CT技术联合CDFI在二维图像质量、血流图像质量及血流参数上与传统方法相比有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Sono CT技术联合CDFI检查的精神分裂症患者下肢动脉血管的硬化斑块、狭窄、闭塞的发生率高于对照组。结论与常规二维超声相比,Sono CT技术联合CDFI提高了对下肢动脉血管斑块、狭窄、闭塞的检出率,可明确精神分裂症患者下肢动脉病变的部位和程度,对该类疾病的临床治疗具有指导意义。

Objective To explore the application value of Sono CT combined with CDFI in diagnosing lower limb arterial diseases of schizophrenics. Methods Lower extremity arteries of 55 schizophrenics were examined by Sono CT combined with CDFI and conventional ultrasound combined with CDFI. Parameters including blood vessel diameters, peak systolic velocities, intima-media thicknesses, sizes and numbers of plaques of lower extremity arteries of 55 schizophrenics were measured while those of 30 healthy volunteers were also measured as a control group to compare the diagnosis effect of Sono CT combined with CDFI and conventional ultrasound combined with CDFI on lower limb arterial diseases. Results There were signiifcant differences between Sono CT combined with CDFI and conventional ultrasound combined with CDFI in aspects of quality of two-dimensional images, quality of blood lfow images and blood flow parameters (P<0.05). Occurrence rates of vascular plaque, vascular stenosis, vascular occlusion of lower extremity arteries of schizophrenics examined by sono CT combined with CDFI were higher that those of control group. Conclusion Compared with conventional ultrasound combined with CDFI, Sono CT combined with CDFI has improved the detection rates of vascular plaque, vascular stenosis, vascular occlusion of lower extremity arteries. The positions and intensities of lower limb arterial diseases can be determined with the application of sono CT combined with CDFI, which can guide the clinical treatment for these diseases.
