病理生理学是联系基础医学和临床医学的“桥梁”学科,与多学科之间都有着广泛的交叉,学生在学习时普遍反映难学、难懂、难记忆。为解决这一实际问题,在病理生理学病例讨论课教学中尝试采用PBL与TBL相结合教学方法,与传统教学模式进行对比,探索新型教学方法的优缺点。结果表明,采用PBL与TBL相结合教学方法有利于提高教学质量。新的教学方法在一定程度上能够提高学生的学习成绩;增强团队协作能力;加深对知识的理解和记忆;以及提高独立思考和解决问题的能力。

Pathophysiology is the bridge subject between basic medicine and clinical medicine, which has a wide cross with many other subjects. However, many students express that this subject is difficult to learn, understand and remember. To solve such a practical problem, we apply the integration of PBL with TBL teaching methods in the case study teaching of pathophysiology. Compared with the traditional teaching method, we could explore the advantages and disadvantages of new teaching method. The result shows that new teaching method can improve students’ academic performance at some extent, enhance their ability of team-cooperation, deepen their understanding and remembering to the knowledge, and promote their capacity of thinking and solving problems independently, which provides a useful reference for the medicine educational reform in the medical colleges and universities.
