针对航天产品生产中常见的薄壁筒状铸件的加工，设计了一种激光在线测量系统。根据测量得到的薄壁筒铸件的内壁尺寸值，计算拟合出铸件毛坯的理论轴心并对薄壁筒铸件内壁厚度的薄点进行补偿，准确迅速地完成薄壁筒状铸件筒壁厚度的加工预判与装夹偏心误差计算，避免繁琐的人工测量调整过程，提高了生产效率并保证了产品的质量。

Aiming at the production of thin-wall barrel usually appearing in aerospace industry ,this research project designed a la-ser online measuring system .By measuring the inner feature of workpiece ,calculation and fitting out the academic axis of the cast-ing,accurately and quickly pre-estimate the machining character of the casting and the offset should be adjusted ,avoiding heavy manual measuring and adjusting process ,which will greatly enhance the production efficiency and the quality of the products .
