为研究活化卵白蛋白对早期断奶仔猪盲肠内挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)含量的影响,选取54头20日龄健康仔猪,随机分为3个处理组,Ⅰ组饲喂基础日粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加啤酒酵母10mL/(d·头)、活化卵白蛋白10mL/(d·头)。仔猪23日龄时开始口服制剂,连续10d,并于28日龄断奶。仔猪23、28、35、42日龄时,分别从每个重复中随机选1头屠宰,迅速结扎盲肠两端,无菌收集盲肠食糜,利用气相色谱法测定盲肠内VFA含量。结果显示:仔猪42日龄时,与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组相比,Ⅲ组仔猪盲肠内乙酸(P<0.01)、丙酸(P<0.01)、戊酸(P<0.01)、总VFA(P<0.05)、异丁酸含量升高(P>0.05);与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅲ组丁酸含量下降(P<0.01);仔猪35日龄时,与Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组相比,Ⅲ组仔猪盲肠内丁酸含量升高(P<0.01)。表明活化卵白蛋白可以提高早期断奶仔猪盲肠内VFA含量。

To investigate the effects of active egg white protein on cecal volatile fatty acid (VFA) of early weaned piglets ,fifty four 20-day-old piglets were randomly divided into three groups .Pig-lets in group Ⅰ were fed with basal diet ,the groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed with basal diet supple-mented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae (10 mL/d each piglet ) and active egg white protein (10 mL/d each piglet ) ,respectively .The 23-day-old piglets in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were fed with Saccharomyces cerevisiae and active egg white protein for 10 days ,and the 28-day-old piglets were weaned .On 23 ,28 ,35 and 42-day-old ,one piglet randomly selected from each replication was slaughtered ,both ends of cecum were ligated quickly and the cecal digesta were collected aseptic-ally to determine the cecal volatile fatty acid by gas chromatography .The results showed that compared to the groupsⅠand Ⅱ on 42-day-old ,the concentrations of the cecal acetic acid (P<0.01) ,propionic acid(P<0 .01) ,valeric acid(P<0 .01) ,isobutyric acid concentration(P>0 .05) and total VFA (P<0 .05) of piglets in group Ⅲ increased .Compared to the group Ⅰ ,cecal buty-rate concentration of piglets in group Ⅲ decreased(P<0 .01) .On 35-day-old ,the cecal butyrate concentration of piglets in group Ⅲ increased(P<0 .01) compared with the group Ⅰand groupⅡ .It indicates that the active egg white protein could improve cecal VFA concentration of early weaned piglets .
