目前，光纤入户(FTTH)已成为实现三网融合的最终解决方案，但FTTH的总线型拓扑结构制约其难于实现真正的视频点播。为了缓解FTTH的带宽压力，采用了设计一种新的帧结构的方法，并且提出了光纤综合业务传输系统。本文即基于该系统提出的一种在三网融合中处理电视信号的方法。文章首先从电视信号传输流(TS：ProgramStream)的语法结构以及MEPG-2系统复用的基本结构入手，然后给出从TS流中解析出各路电视信号的算法，最后给出了该算法实现的部分仿真波形图。

Today, fiber-to-the-home has become the final solution for three nets convergence. But the bus topology structure of FTTH makes it difficult to achieve the true video on demand. In order to alleviate the pressure on the bandwidth of FTTH, this paper adopts a method for designing a new frame structure and puts forward an optical fiber integrated service transmission system. Based on this system this article puts forward a method for processing TV signal in three nets convergence. Firstly, the article starts with the grammatical structure of the television signal transport stream and the basic structure of MEPG-2 system multiplexing. Then it gives the algorithm which parse out various TV signals from the TS stream. Finally, it provides some simulation waveforms of the algorithm implementation.
