文章基于PLC FX2N-48MR设计了后定位器机械手控制系统。介绍了硬件和软件设计方案以及后定位机械手的机械设计,并给出了PLC硬件电气装配图。综合利用光机电气数一体化技术,采用数字化软件及虚拟样机设计技术和PLC控制技术。本控制系统具有技术含量高,制造成本低,设备的附加成本低,安全、节能、环保等优点。

In this paper, the back location mechanical arm control system is designed based on PLC FX2N-48MR. The hardware and software design schemes and the mechanical design of back location mechanical arm are introduced, and the PLC hardware electrical assembly drawings are presented. The design comprehensively utilizes opto-mechatronics luck integration technology, and uses digital design software, virtual prototyping technology, and PLC control technology. The present control system has many features, such as high technical content, low manufacturing cost, low additional cost, safe, energy saving, environment friendly, etc.
