Staff professional happiness is the “barometer”of social status and staff living conditions.Guides get professional happiness through self-awareness and social cognitive.Currently,guides are lack of professional happiness,its causes in-clude that quality of employees are not high,self-evaluation and values are low,guides are lack of self-confidence and so-cial awareness.If guides want to do a good job,they must improve their overall quality,enhance psychological resilience and remain optimistic and healthy attitude,service for tourists warmly and thoughtfully.They must strive to achieve their personal social values in their work,and experience and access to professional happiness.
