目的：对高血压急症病患者进行及时治疗，并进行随访工作，对患者的情况进行调查记录。方法：对我院2012年3月-2012年11月收治的80例高血压急症病患者进行治疗，并对患者进行随访工作。其中高血压脑病患者有52例，高血压危象患者有7例，恶性高血压患者有10例，并发症脑卒中患者有8例，并发急性心肌梗死患者有3例。结果：80例患者经过治疗之后，高血压脑病治愈人数为39例（75％），高血压危象治愈人数4例（57．14％），恶性高血压治愈人数6例（60％），并发症脑卒中治愈人数6例（75％），并发性心肌梗死治愈人数2例（66．67％）。结论：对患者进行及时治疗是非常重要的。此外，当患者出院之后也必须要进行一系列的随访观察，随时了解患者的情况，以免病情恶化。

목적：대고혈압급증병환자진행급시치료，병진행수방공작，대환자적정황진행조사기록。방법：대아원2012년3월-2012년11월수치적80례고혈압급증병환자진행치료，병대환자진행수방공작。기중고혈압뇌병환자유52례，고혈압위상환자유7례，악성고혈압환자유10례，병발증뇌졸중환자유8례，병발급성심기경사환자유3례。결과：80례환자경과치료지후，고혈압뇌병치유인수위39례（75％），고혈압위상치유인수4례（57．14％），악성고혈압치유인수6례（60％），병발증뇌졸중치유인수6례（75％），병발성심기경사치유인수2례（66．67％）。결론：대환자진행급시치료시비상중요적。차외，당환자출원지후야필수요진행일계렬적수방관찰，수시료해환자적정황，이면병정악화。
Objective :treatment of acute hypertension patients ,and the follow -up work ,investigation of the situation of patient records .Meth-ods :in our hospital in March 2012 -November 2012 treated 80 patients with essential hypertension emergency treatment ,and follow -up work carried out on the patient .There are 52 cases of hypertensive encephalopathy patients ,7 patients with hypertensive crisis ,10 cases of patients with malignant hypertension and complications in patients with cerebral apoplexy in 8 cases ,3 cases complicated with acute myocardial infarction patients .Results :80 cases of patients after treatment ,the number of hypertensive encephalopathy cure was 39 cases (75% ) ,the number of hypertensive crisis cure 4 cases (57 .14% ) ,malignant hypertension cure in 6 cases (60% ) ,complications of stroke to cure the number 6 cases (75% ) ,concurrency cure in myocardial infarction (mi) in 2 cases (66 .67% ) .Conclusion:for patients with timely treatment is very important .In addition ,when patients discharged from hos-pital after also must want to undertake a series of follow -up ,understand the patient's condition at any time ,in order to avoid deterioration .
