目的：建立HPLC法测定硝普钠氯化钠注射液中硝普钠的含量。方法：Diamonsil ODS C18柱（250nm×4.6nm，5μm）；以0.34%硫酸氢四丁基铵与0.284%无水磷酸氢二钠溶液（用磷酸调pH值至6.0）-甲醇（50∶50）为流动相；流速1.0ml·min-1；检测波长是254nm。结果：硝普钠在9.96～637.44μg·ml-1范围内，（r=0.9998）线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.5%，RSD=0.8%（n=5）。结论：本法简便快捷，准确，可用于硝普钠氯化钠注射液中硝普钠的含量测定。
목적：건립HPLC법측정초보납록화납주사액중초보납적함량。방법：Diamonsil ODS C18주（250nm×4.6nm，5μm）；이0.34%류산경사정기안여0.284%무수린산경이납용액（용린산조pH치지6.0）-갑순（50∶50）위류동상；류속1.0ml·min-1；검측파장시254nm。결과：초보납재9.96～637.44μg·ml-1범위내，（r=0.9998）선성관계량호，평균회수솔위99.5%，RSD=0.8%（n=5）。결론：본법간편쾌첩，준학，가용우초보납록화납주사액중초보납적함량측정。
Objective:To establish amethod for determination the content of sodium nitroprusside in sodium nitroprusside and Sodium Chloride injection by HPLC.Method:Diamonsil ODS C18 column(250nm×4.6 nm,5μm)was used ,the 0.34%four tetrabutylammonium hydrogen sulfate and 0.284%anhydrous sodium hydrogen phosphate two solution (adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH6)-methanol (50∶50)as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1,the detection wavelength was 254nm.Result:The linear range of sodium nitroprusside was 9.96~637.44μg·ml-1 (r=0.9998),the average recovery was 99.5%with RSD=0.8%(n=5).Conclusion:The method is fast and accurate.It can be used for determination the content of sodium nitroprusside in sodium nitroprusside and Sodium Chloride injection.
