Cefemandole Nafate%Polymer%SephadexG-10
目的:建立分子排阻色谱法测定注射用头孢孟多酯钠高分子聚合物。方法:色谱柱为SephadexG-10柱,内径1.2mm,柱长40cm,流动相A:磷酸盐缓冲液(pH值7.0),流动相B:0.01%十二烷基硫酸钠,流速:1ml/min,检测波长:254nm,进样量:200μl。结果:头孢孟多酯钠在22.6~226.0μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999)。结论:本测定方法简便,结果准确,重复性好,可有效测定注射用头孢孟多酯钠中头孢孟多聚合物的量。

목적:건립분자배조색보법측정주사용두포맹다지납고분자취합물。방법:색보주위SephadexG-10주,내경1.2mm,주장40cm,류동상A:린산염완충액(pH치7.0),류동상B:0.01%십이완기류산납,류속:1ml/min,검측파장:254nm,진양량:200μl。결과:두포맹다지납재22.6~226.0μg/ml범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9999)。결론:본측정방법간편,결과준학,중복성호,가유효측정주사용두포맹다지납중두포맹다취합물적량。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the polymers in Cefemandole Nafate for Injection. Methods:The analytical column was Sephadex G-10(400mm×12mm),mobile phaseA:phosphate buffer(pH值7.0),mobile phase B:0.01%sodium dodecyl sulfate, flow rate: 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength was 254nm and the injection volume was 200μl. Results:The polymers’calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 22.6~ 226 μg/ml (r=0.9999). Conclusions: The method is proved to be accurate, sensitive and suitable for the determination of Cefemandole polymer.
