目的：观察协日嘎四味汤胶囊与加替沙星联合治疗尿路感染的临床疗效。方法：将72例尿路感染患者随机分为两组，治疗组37例（协日嘎四味汤胶囊与加替沙星联合给药），对照组35例（加替沙星单纯给药），疗程7～10 d，比较两组治疗效果的有效率、细菌转阴率及不良反应发生率。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为91.9％、74.2％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；细菌转阴率分别为91.4％、78.1％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率相似，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论：协日嘎四味汤胶囊与加替沙星联合治疗尿路感染临床疗效较理想，二者联合应用较单一使用加替沙星疗效有明显提高，且无明显不良反应。
목적：관찰협일알사미탕효낭여가체사성연합치료뇨로감염적림상료효。방법：장72례뇨로감염환자수궤분위량조，치료조37례（협일알사미탕효낭여가체사성연합급약），대조조35례（가체사성단순급약），료정7～10 d，비교량조치료효과적유효솔、세균전음솔급불량반응발생솔。결과：치료조화대조조총유효솔분별위91.9％、74.2％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；세균전음솔분별위91.4％、78.1％，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）；량조불량반응발생솔상사，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。결론：협일알사미탕효낭여가체사성연합치료뇨로감염림상료효교이상，이자연합응용교단일사용가체사성료효유명현제고，차무명현불량반응。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of xiriga siwei decoction capsule combined with gatifloxacin in treating urinary tract infection.Methods:Seventy two patients with urinary tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group (n=37) and con-trol group ( n=35 ) .Patients in the treatment group were given Xieriga Siwei decoction and gatifloxacin , and patients in the control group received administration of gatifloxacin .The treatment course was 7 to 10dya.The effective rate, negative rate of bacteria, and ad-verse reaction occurrence of the two groups were compared .Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group were 91.9%and 74.2%, and there was significant difference between them (P<0.05).The tuning negative rate of bacteria was re-spectively 91.4%and 78.1%of the treatment group and control group , and there was significant difference between them (P<0.05). The adverse reaction occurrence rate of the two groups were similar , and there was no significant difference between them (P>0.05). Conclusion:Xiriga siwei decoction capsule combined with gatifloxacin has satisfactory therapeutic effect in treating urinary tract infec -tion without obvious adverse reactions .
