某甲醇厂蒸汽系统不能自平衡，需要开工锅炉长期运行提供6 t/h的中压蒸汽满足生产需要。装置能耗较高，不利于节能降耗和“清洁生产”。对甲醇厂蒸汽系统进行了详细分析和全面的物料衡算和能量衡算，找出了天然气制甲醇装置蒸汽不能达到自平衡的原因主要是转化汽包和废热锅炉产气量不足以及汽提塔底换热管污垢影响了换热效果。根据全面衡算结果提出了装置蒸汽系统达到平衡的可行技术方案，大大降低生产能耗。

The steam system of methanol plant of Northwest Sichuan gas ifeld unable to balance, should start boiler running 6t/h medium pressure steam to meet the need of production. The energy consumption is high, cannot meet the need of "clean production". The methanol plant steam system is analyzed and comprehensive material balance and energy balance, to ifnd out the natural gas to methanol steam cannot achieve self balance are the main causes for the transformation of waste heat boiler drum and the gas production is insufifcient and the stripper bottom tube heat exchanger fouling inlfuence the effect of heat transfer. According to the comprehensive balance results presented device steam system to balance the feasible technical scheme, greatly reduce the production energy consumption.
