To improve the teaching quality, the character of mechanical manufacture foundation teaching is analyzed based on the teaching task. On the basis of teaching samples, the advantage and disadvantage of the application of multimedia technology in mechanical manufacture foundation teaching are studied. Furthermore, combining with the teaching experiment, the promoted role of using blackboard in the course teaching are suggested. At last, the methods on how to use both multimedia technology and blackboard writing more powerfully into the mechanical manufacture foundation teaching are researched.
