上海理工大学在本科“机械设计制造及其自动化”专业实施了“卓越工程师教育培训计划”。紧扣卓越工程师培养目标,通过建立创新实践平台,注重培养学生的创新意识和创新能力,突出“拓宽专业基础、提高专业素养、重视工程能力”,建立了合理的课程体系结构。为适应“卓越计划”的培养要求,对教学内容进行了改革,保持了教学内容的先进性和体现工程应用特点。

상해리공대학재본과“궤계설계제조급기자동화”전업실시료“탁월공정사교육배훈계화”。긴구탁월공정사배양목표,통과건립창신실천평태,주중배양학생적창신의식화창신능력,돌출“탁관전업기출、제고전업소양、중시공정능력”,건립료합리적과정체계결구。위괄응“탁월계화”적배양요구,대교학내용진행료개혁,보지료교학내용적선진성화체현공정응용특점。
"EEETP"(Excellent Engineer Education Training Program) has been put in practice on undergraduate specialty of mechanical design,"manufacture&automation"in University of shanghai for science and technology for years. According to training goals of excellent engineer, innovating experimental platform and reasonable course structure have been set up, in which innovating thinking and abilities were cultivated. Teaching content have been reformed and updated only to keep advanced teaching content and characteristic of engineering implements.
